1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Financial Blind Spot Audit (/audit): your name, email address, industry selection, and your answers to the audit questions.
• Contact and booking forms: your name, email address, business details, and any information you volunteer when scheduling a free assessment via Calendly.
• Email correspondence: anything you send to welcome@allinfinance.co or reply to us via email.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data: pages viewed, referring URL (including UTM parameters from ads or social posts), approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type.
• Cookies and similar technologies: set by us and by the analytics tools below. See the Cookies section.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the audit results and follow up by email if you requested them.
• Contact leads about our bookkeeping, payroll, and fractional CFO services.
• Understand which content and channels resonate so we can improve our site and outreach.
• Secure the site, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with advertisers for their own marketing.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of vetted vendors to run the site. Each one only receives the data it needs to do its job.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as it is useful for the purpose we collected it or as required by law:

• Audit and contact records: retained for up to 3 years from last contact, then deleted or anonymized, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
• Client records: retained for the duration of our engagement and up to 7 years afterward to satisfy financial and tax recordkeeping obligations.
• Analytics data: retained according to the provider's default (GA4: up to 14 months; Meta: per their policy).

5. Your Rights

You may, at any time and at no cost:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information (subject to recordkeeping obligations described above).
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us.

To exercise any of these rights, email welcome@allinfinance.co. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We and our third-party vendors use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to:

• Remember that you've seen a notice or completed a form.
• Measure aggregate site traffic via Google Analytics.
• Measure and attribute ad performance via the Meta Pixel.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site, but it may prevent us from seeing that your visit happened.

7. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — note that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the CCPA sense, other than the limited use of the Meta Pixel described above, which you can disable by blocking third-party cookies.
• Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

8. European Residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our lawful bases for processing your personal data are:

• Consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for marketing communications.
• Legitimate interest in running and improving our website and in following up with prospects who have asked about our services.
• Contract when you become a client and we need your data to deliver our services.
• Legal obligation for financial and tax recordkeeping.

In addition to the rights listed in Section 5, you have the right to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our data is stored in the United States; where we transfer personal data out of the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards through our vendors.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access to internal systems, and vetted infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, by email.
